One Shot Keto got alcohol got some Prosecco and we've got some beers but I'm not gonna can open which helps quite a mob I've got people that and then tonight I am having I'm not sure they're offering the packet this make of glory means it's vegan and it's made of like made out of texture dysphoria really well it's not the weeks that I was necessarily brilliant with food I wasn't bad with food Hey but they weren't my best food weeks they were the weeks that I was active and so basically I I need to step it up because currently my activity level is probably about as low as you can get I just come upstairs I can sit at the desk all day go make my lunch I then take that back to the desk often and work through I'm really bad for that I very rarely take an actual break and then I finished work I might have a bath um or might kind of sit on the sofa make some dinner I literally don't do any activity at the moment it is it's shocking it's appalling
One Shot Keto not about physical energy that's like mental energy you just don't have the capacity to do it and I think that's where I've been at for quite a few weeks now but I've seen other people there's someone I follow on Instagram called Katherine and she she's started calorie-counting actually around the same time I have she's giving it a go and she seems to be really enjoying it and she's absolutely like storming on her weight-loss journey actually looks fantastic but she runs a lot and she exercises a lot she's always posting I Hearst rather pictures and I do think that exercise now is gonna be the key particularly I think for me because obviously although I'm not where I want to be quite clearly and I keep saying this week after week what are you doing what are you doing you're on YouTube um she doesn't know what YouTube
