You know that the time that makes a record is calculated on the behalf of how much time taken by the runner to complete a one mile run. According to Wikipedia: Hicham El Guerrouj is the current men's record holder with his time of 3:43.13, while Sifan Hassan has the women's record of 4:12.33. This is one of the great achievements done by the athletes.
